Great prebuilt computer!

I bought this for my birthday in march of this year and I am more than impressed it’s been exactly a month since I received the computer and it runs every game I’ve thrown at it with high quality settings and runs flawless. Games like Warzone 2, rust, Tarkov and more. I was skeptical buying a pc on Amazon due to the fact Amazon pcs have a bad rep so I did my research into Skytech first and seen they run a reputable business. It came with a B550 gigabyte motherboard, a gigabyte 3060 12gb windforce and 2 XPG 8gb ram sticks. Thanks SkyTech great job!

Console came in a Amazon box but unfortunately there wasn’t any type of packing materials like bubble wrap or foam, etc to keep the box from moving around but nonetheless it looks as if it was handled with care if you love Keeping your electronics box (like me) rest assured it was still looking new, of course the PlayStation itself was in great condition runs great had it for over a month now and no issues (knock on wood x3) I was happy to see I got the invitation after just waiting 2 days. If you guys have the money and get the invite definitely worth it. Happy shopping.

Well well well.. to be honest, I was a bit skeptical about my product when I read the reviews of hundreds of others that had bad experiences with Skytech. This skepticism was compounded as I read the reviews AFTER I purchased the product (I purchased the product because my buddy who builds PCs said this was a great deal). I admittedly got very anxious about the product, as well as its delivery to me (I chose 2nd day air shipping).
First, what was unfortunate was that my shipping was delayed. As mentioned before, I paid for 2nd day shipping and it did not arrive in two days. I thought about the reviews I read where people had issues with shipping and I thought to myself... damn. Did I just get scammed out of shipping? So I sent an email to customer support and I was say almost instantaneously I received a reply AND refund for my shipping NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Fantastic!!! I was reading how customer support doesn’t get back to you, isn’t helpful, etc. So I was very surprised and happy that they got back to me so quickly. That was a huge relief.
But wait, there’s more. I saw a discrepancy between the UPS shipping and Amazon shipping. Amazon said my order had shipped, yet UPS said it hadn’t received anything yet, only that a label was created. So that confused me... so I contacted customer support AGAIN, and immediately they got back to me and told me that everything on their end was completed and to wait for UPS to scan the item over the weekend (I ordered the PC thru Amazon on Wednesday). So I said ok... that’s ok.
Saturday came, I got an updated saying the item was scanned they UPS, Sunday I got another update saying that my item will be delivered on Monday! Yay!!!
So I received the item yesterday, and immediately I saw that the box was punctured a bit. That was a bit disheartening, but I was still optimistic. I opened the box, found a tinier box that had cords in, and began pulling out the item. The PC itself had a huge bag over it, which was pretty cool. So I pulled it out, took off the bag... and boy I was stoked. Everything looked clean physically, and I began to open the PC tempered glass door (which is very high quality IMO), and took out the safety foam from having the hardware move around o n the ride here (which I very much appreciated).
Unlike other reviewers on here, I received my correct GPU, SSD, all the goods. I’m so happy about that! It’s been running great, (today is T+1 since having the PC) and I’m very optimistic about the future of the PC. I plan on purchasing a better monitor today and I will see how it all runs. But so far I am very happy and grateful everything came as advertised. Hope this helps!

Let me just say this. Be careful with this company. Not Amazon, but Skytech. Here are some problems I am having.
- Bought this computer back in Aug. - Set up, immediately started restarting...ON A DAILY by itself! Started taking pictures as much as I could of the problems we faced. I have way more pictures than the attached. - Called Skytech TWICE before the 30 day deadline where they had me reset the entire PC back to the beginning. - 30 day return policy for a computer is NOT enough time when there are issues from the beginning. - Being the busy person I am I hadn't had a chance to call them back until recently. - Called Skytech and was on hold for 6 HOURS (started at 46 in queue)! Up until they closed. - Tried again a few days later to be 86 in queue. I just couldn't hold that long. - I emailed them on Tuesday this week, NO RESPONSE. - Called Amazon to see if there was something they could do to help and LUCKILY, I bought the warranty. HOWEVER, Skytech's Tech Support should be helping me. They should allow me to exchange this defective computer. A computer I spent over $1200 on for it to be defective when I bought it.
Moral of the story, beware when purchasing from this computer company. If you find your computer acts out, immediately ask for an exchange or return. DO NOT wait on the tech company to help in any way. Be assertive.
Pros: great gaming computer specs. Thats it at the moment.
