I needed a computer to teach my online classes and this does the trick very will. The speed is fast (no hanging) with multiple windows running, the wifi is better than my previous device, decent camera and decent screen quality for videos too. The keyboard is also great for typing. If I had a complaint it is that the speaker quality is low but I have Bluetooth speakers and headphones so it is not a bother. Overall, It"s great value for the cost and works well.

Cuando se abrió la caja se observó que la etiqueta estaba doble y que la anterior estaba rota, por lo que me gustaría saber si la laptop realmente está nueva y no voy a tener ningún problema para aplicar la garantia en caso de requerirlo. Very easy to set up! My big concern is the battery, seems to run low after 4 hours. I will need to see if it"s my set up or poor battery. Reviews on line, this was not mentioned
Do not buy this product. The laptop stopped working the day after it was delivered. I telephoned the technical service line and instead of talking to a tech I received a hard sell for a medical alert button. The only way to end it was to disconnect. The product is worthless and customer service non-existent.
Thankfully I got this laptop for just evening checking things, because it runs so slow. I"ve had lenovo before and I loved the laptop, but this takes forever to pull up websites or just to go check Folder. I would say that maybe I"m running too much, but I have the exact same apps from an earlier lenovo laptop and it ran just fine. I"m keeping because it does what I need and was cheap, but avoid if you want to do anything serious on this laptop.
